Independent Broker Declaration

SOLUCIONES HIPOTECARIAS, S.L. operates in the Spanish market as an independent real estate credit intermediary. This independence means we are not legally bound or financially linked to any single bank or lender. We present products from a wide spectrum of lenders to provide clients with optimal financial conditions.

Intermediation Scope

We provide intermediation services for:

  • Mortgage Loans: For primary residences, secondary residences, buy-to-let investments, and non-resident property acquisition.
  • Debt Consolidation: Combining multiple loans into a single mortgage-backed credit to reduce monthly expenses.
  • Refinancing & Subrogations: Transferring existing mortgages to alternative lenders to secure improved interest rates.

Binding Pre-Contractual Documentation

We supply clients with standard European pre-contractual information sheets (FEIN and FIAE) explaining all conditions, commissions, and early repayment penalties before signing the binding intermediation contract.

Transparency and Legality

In accordance with Law 5/2019, our team is certified to offer advice on real estate loans. We coordinate directly with your legal advisor and selected notaries to ensure full transparency during the signing process.
